ARUSHI VERMA, Legal Research
Arushi Verma supports the legal research activities at BDCC.  She works towards researc on various legal developments in sectors such as Real estate, Banking & Finance, PE/VC/M&A, Construction & infrastructure, Fintech, REITs& InvITs, Capital Markets, and Succession, IBC, and industry Body updates i.e. RBI, SEBI & IBBI. 

Arushi has worked in various legal spheres such as litigation, law firms, legal research firms, NGOs, and legal consultation firms. Her interest lies in the fields of IBC, arbitration, Real Estate Law, Banking law, IPR, Competition law, PE/VC/M&A, torts, Administrative law, Company law, and CrPC.

She is an eager and observant learner and tries to gain knowledge and experiences from the day to day encounters. She loves to dance, cook and go on picnics and meet people and dogs!

She has a keen interest in further improving her learning curve by connecting with passionate individuals from the legal research field. She is determined to succeed in the judicial field and is interested in connecting with people who are passionate about it as well.

Arushi Verma is a law student and is currently pursuing BA. LLB from Symbiosis law school, NOIDA.
